Return Conditions
General Merchandise
City Papery will accept returns for merchandise in its original packaging, condition, and accompanied by the original order number within the time frames provided below.
Sale merchandise, face masks and flat paper sheets, including fine paper and 26×19 or larger solid paper, are not returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom Orders
Custom print orders are considered final sale after 10 days of receipt.
If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, we kindly ask that you please contact our Customer Care team within 10 calendar days of your product being delivered. After this review period, all custom print sales are considered final.
Return Processing
30 Days
Return items within 30 days for a full refund. We will process your return promptly upon receipt. Refund will be credited back to the original method of payment, gift card or check send. Please note: It may take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
31-90 Days
Returns made within 31-90 days of the original purchase will be refunded to a CityPapery Gift Card at the original price paid.
No returns accepted after 90 days of original purchase.
Price Adjustments
If an item you purchased is now on sale or promotion, we will make a one-time price adjustment on full-price purchases within 14 days of original purchase. Please call (212-463-7035) for ecommerce and custom print price adjustment requests that fall within these guidelines; these requests can not be processed in store.

With stores across the country, it is easy to return merchandise at any CityPapery store. Just bring in your packing slip and we will take it from there.

Repackage the items you are returning and include your packing slip with the items you are returning circled. Use your own trackable and insured shipping method* and mail to:
